King Philip Boosters - Requests for Disbursements
In order for teams to disburse money from their Boosters account, they must complete this form and return it to the Athletic Director, Steve Shairer. Receipts must be attached to the form. Completed forms can be dropped off at the high school or mailed. Money cannot be disbursed with Steve Schairer's approval.
Approved disbursements will be paid by the King Philip Booster Treasurer, Arthur Keegan. Arthur will send out payments once per month, so if a disbursement has to be made outside the normal cycle, please contact Arthur directly.
